Lauren

Lauren got her start with group fitness by teaching water aerobics for the fitness center at the University of Georgia. She soon expanded her horizons to several other formats earning certifications in Les Mills' Bodypump and Bodycombat, TRX, cycle, and AFAA primary group fitness. She has earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health and is incredibly passionate about fitness, health promotion and Orangetheory Fitness.

  • 60 Minute Orange Theory Workout

  • Orange 3G
  • The largest capacity workouts at OTF. 3 Groups training in all 3 areas of Treadmills, Rowers and Weight Room at the same time. The duration of the training blocks for each area will be varied.
